NGSMIPS is committed to create competent, skilled Pharmacists to face the scientific and social challenges with a high degree of credibility, integrity, ethical standards and social concern. This is achieved by:

• Recruiting qualified, experienced faculty and providing conducive environment for quality research and innovation for the pursuit of new horizons of knowledge
• Training the students on soft skills, covering communication, leadership, team work, problem solving, time management and inculcating human values & professional ethics in addition to the core competency in pharmaceutical sciences
• Adopting technology in teaching, training & assessment of students and staff
• Digitalizing student management system, inventory control, library service, HR management and finance for effective governance
• Ensuring continual revision and refinement of governing policies and academic programs to keep pace with the rapidly changing academic and societal landscape
• Interacting with the stake holders - students, parents, teachers, employers for effective implementation of the institutional and academic objectives
